Holy Spirit Thoughts (Spiritual Warfare) & Upcoming Fast
This post is a collection of helpful advice from the Holy Spirit that I have received over the years through prayer, fasting, and dreams. In this post, I will share Biblical "secrets" to winning spiritual battles and how you can win, too! Further, this post will discuss our upcoming fast (take the poll to join, comments are public) in which the focus is on cleansing ourselves of sin and fighting against thrones, dominions, principalities, and powers. This fast will take place during the week of Halloween to counter all of the evil rituals “they” do at this time. Photo Credit.

Holy Spirit Thought 1: Protecting Your Health
One of the largest attacks on the world today is health, with people sicker than ever before. This is partly anecdotal, but it feels like everyone around me is always sick, always taking off work, and that very few have stability in health. Can anyone back this up?
If people started interacting with the world around them as if it was spiritual, their lives would change and benefit enormously. So many are focused on the visible things of this world, forgetting the invisible things:
- Colossians 1:16 - For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
For those interested, here are the meanings of the following words: dominions 2963, or 1535 principalities 746, or 1535 powers 1849.
When Jesus repeatedly talked about walking by faith, not just by sight, he wasn’t just speaking of the “positive elements” of the word faith. He was explaining that if people understood that there was an invisible world affecting them at all times, they would be able to fully understand the destructive forces around them, and consequently, truly walk in faith. Faith is not just about believing Jesus Christ but also believing what He said about the world. Because so many walk by “sight”, they fail to see the spiritual world affecting them, and they have difficulty conquering spiritual battles.
This is true of Witness 1 sometimes, though he is growing, as we all are. Witness 1 is a strong man of God, but he, at times, can dismiss the spiritual realm. This morning, for example, he woke up and told me his throat hurt. He asked if mine did, and I said, “No, I prayed.”
Haha - he didn’t like my response and he replied, “If I got cancer or was hit by a bus, you’d say it was my fault.” He was mostly joking, and we like to tease each other a bit out of love.
No, I wouldn’t necessarily blame him, but I always encourage him to look at the spiritual root of any of his problems.
I am urging readers to consider that we have a lot more control over our lives than we think we do. Of course, not all bad things that happen to us are in our control, but when we start taking full responsibility for the fact that the spiritual world exists, then we might better understand the spiritual root of many of our issues and be able to face them.
So, to start, if your health is being attacked, consider that there is something going on in the spiritual world that you need to address first. It could be a sin that has opened doors to sickness or it could be that your prayer life is weak. It could be that you are under spiritual attack and need to amplify prayer or fasting, or it could be that you are simply not taking care of yourself spiritually, mentally, or physically.
When it comes to your healing, pray for "divine health" every single day. Do not wait to get sick to pray for your health. Pray as a preventative measure to avoid health issues in the future. If you are sick because you have sinned, address that sin in prayer and repent. Here are some prayers you can use to keep your health in tact:
- Dear Father in Heaven,
- Please forgive me for the sin of __________ that may have opened doors to sickness in the name of Jesus Christ. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over my mind, body, soul, and DNA. God, I ask that you eradicate any demon of disease or infirmity in my body, mind, soul, and/or DNA with fire of the Holy Spirit in name of Jesus Christ. God, please remove all sickness and evil from my body, and replace it with the Holy Spirit. Father, I pray that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and I pray to walk in divine health on a daily basis. In Jesus’s name.
Healing will not likely happen instantly. For those who are perpetually sick, consider the spiritual world and start fighting your battles with prayer AND fasting. Fasting is one of the most important things you can do at this point, and we have written about it all over our blog. In the meantime, the root of sickness is often, but not always, spiritual. When you are sick, go to God and ask Him to show you where the sickness is coming from. I recently had a dream about parasites, and in the dream I was getting them removed. I believe that many of us have parasites, whether physical or spiritual, and I am going to be praying to remove anything in my body that shouldn’t be ther during the upcoming fast. In fact, I have actually already started doing this, and I will update readers on any changes I see. I also believe God shared the dream with me to suggest to readers that they may also have these parasites, as well. I have no doubt that parasites are behind many diseases, and there are many of you who are already aware of this research.
Holy Spirit Thought 2: Removing False Doctrines
Last night I had a dream that I was hanging around a friend of mine who still practices the Old Testament Law. In the dream, people in her home were dying and there were dead bodies everywhere. The cops came and she and her friend told the cops a story that made absolutely no sense. It was about their beliefs, but it was completely nonsensical. The cops left but the dead bodies were still there.
I believe the dream was showing that her false doctrines (her nonsensical stories) were killing those around her - maybe not physically but spiritually.
We have written about why we should not follow the Old Law anymore, and I have shared my viewpoints with her. I have recently told her that she needs to repent for the false doctrines, and it is coming in the way of her deliverance. She has many chaotic problems in her life, yet she can't see the correlation. I did tell her this all with love, by the way.
I do love her, but I worry that our friendship won’t last. I did have a dream of us “divorcing” so I wonder if God was giving me a warning that our friendship will end. Will you please pray for my friend to overcome her pride and conquer the false doctrine of following the Old Law?
Before I wrote this post, I prayed that God would remove any false doctrines or beliefs in my heart, and in a minute, I will provide this prayer for readers.
False doctrines are killing Christians, and I actually believe that this may be single handedly the worst problem in Christianity right now. Many believe they could not possibly be impacted by false doctrine, but as Ephesians explains, these believers are carried by the wind in every direction - completely deceived by the craftiness of Satan and his demons:
- As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming.
I talk to dozens of people a week regarding Jesus Christ, both online and in real life - that’s hundreds per month. Besides sin, the biggest problem I see is people believing in false doctrines.
Recently, I was trying to set up a brother in Christ with my sister in Christ. I thought they’d make a good pair. Turns out, he believes in polygamy, which is not Biblical, and it completely turned her off!
I apologized to her and was honsetly embarrassed and disgusted. I have to address him on the matter later, and I will let you all know how that goes! Haha. False doctrine came in the way of a potentially godly relationship for him.
Then, another friend of mine has removed all of Paul’s epistles from his beliefs, and he is completely unstable. I tried for months to help him but to no avail. He sent me a hateful message the other day and said he no longer wanted to talk to me. He is still drinking, watching porn, and continuing his sins, but Paul is the one who is wrong in his eyes. The irony. I ask you all to pray for those with anti-Pauline false doctrines, and see what we've written in our PDFs at the bottom of the page entitlted "In Defense of Paul."
There are plenty of stories I can share, but something else I see is that people will spend hours watching Bitchute videos with almost no sources, but they won’t spend that same amount of time with the Bible. By the way, I watch Bitchute, too, so this isn’t a criticism if you have shared a Bitchute video with me! Rather, it is a criticism for people who write us long, perplexing emails that we can barely understand about some random belief that isn’t backed up by Scripture but it is backed up by a series of videos on Bitchute. This is true when it comes to many race theories, for example.
False doctrine will destroy your soul and can deceive even the “very elect” - those who did not think it was possible to be deceived. If you believe in false doctrine, you are sinning because you are denying God’s true word. The problem is this: how can someone determine if they believe in false doctrine?
That is why we all need to pray the following prayer. Then, we need to be reading our Bibles daily to put the Word into our hearts!
- Dear Father in Heaven,
- If there are false beliefs or doctrines in me, reveal them and destroy them by fire in Jesus’s name. God, forgive me for following false teachings and please forgive me for any damage I have done because of this. God, cleanse my mind and soul with the blood of Jesus Christ and help me be motivated to follow only the truth in Jesus’s name.
If you are afraid to read that prayer, that is a sign you may have some false doctrine rooted in you.
It is so important that we can back up ALL of our beliefs with Scripture. I noticed many get a little too far away from Scripture, and that is when they get caught by the wind. While there is nothing wrong with reading other texts, the Bible should be our priority each and every day.
At this point, I am reading one part of the Bible in the morning and one part of the Bible in the evening as part of my daily routine. Starting and ending the day with the Bible has truly changed my life. Of course, I do sessions where I read longer, but keeping this routine keeps me grounded in the word of God. Start a Bible routine. Whatever books you choose is up to you, as all Scripture is beneficial.
When you read the Bible, it goes into your heart. I have found that I never intentionally tried to memorize Scripture, but the themes and understandings persist in my heart long after I have read it.
Even if you don’t understand what you’re reading, there is a spiritual, interdimensional process that occurs when you read Scripture. It is sometimes beyond our understanding because the Bible is a fourth-dimensional object.
So, today is the day to face any false doctrines that you are following. If you are unsure, send us an email and let's discuss. Witness 1 and I strive greatly to back up every single thing we believe with Scripture, and we love emails like that.
If you are following false doctrine, that can leave cracks in your spiritual armor, which we will discuss next.
Holy Spirit Thought 3: Living in Righteousness
If any part of your spiritual armor is cracked, you open yourself up to attacks. Sinning, believing in false doctrines, not praying, not fasting, not devoting time to God, grieving the Holy Spirit, etc. - these are all ways to put a “crack” in your spiritual armor.
I’ve written this before, but I’ll write it again. I once had a dream that I was teaching a class and I said, “The art of self-reflection is the most important tool for you to learn.” This is true for me and everyone reading.
We have to be able to reflect on our walk with Jesus. Of course, God has mercy on us and we all fall short, but there is an over-reliance on mercy in the modern, end times church. We are accountable for what we know and understand, and ignorance will not be an excuse before God. Besides, can anyone really claim ignorance anymore in this modern world, where information is at our fingertips?
So, righteousness is not just about not sinning. It’s about walking with Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit as your guide. When I mentioned grieving the Holy Spirit earlier, have you ever done something that you absoutely knew grieved the Holy Spirit? Perhaps it wasn’t a sin, but it was an action that disappointed the Holy Spirit - maybe a wrong decision or choice. Maybe, for example, you were supposed to preach to someone and you didn't. We have all done something like that before, and that is something that can put a crack in your armor.
The solution to fixing cracks in your armor is repentance. However, the problem is that many repent and go immediately back to sin. By now we should all understand that true repentance means changing one’s mind and turning away from sin.
Of course, I want readers to know that I did not come to these conclusions overnight. Witness 1 can vouch that I have been in deep fasting and prayer for the past few years, trying to conquer sin and cleanse myself. My deepest sin was drinking, and I fell many times before I figured it out. Thank God for His mercy, but I believe His mercy was running out on me. I will NEVER drink again. Thank you Jesus Christ for saving me.
Still, I’ve had other sins I’ve been working on. I can have a bad temper, which Witness 1 can also vouch for, but that has gotten much, much better this year.
God doesn’t expect us to be perfect, but when He has made us aware of something that needs to be changed, and we don’t change it, then I do believe we are putting our salvation at risk.
In other words, I think of salvation as a “state” to be in, and we can fall out of it. I believe this counters the mainstream view of “once saved, always saved.” Paul was clear that we need to work out our salvation with fear and trembling, and I review the status of my salvation on a daily basis. If I were to die right now, would I go to Heaven or Hell? If you were to die right now, would you go to Heaven or Hell?
Before you answer that question, watch the following video. I try really hard not to recommend videos I didn’t take something from myself, and I listened to this hell testimony this morning. I found him convincing, and his take on it was interesting. He described hell as “complete sorrow.” It's about 15 minutes.
I am always listening to hell testimonies. Witness 1 asked me "Why?", and I said, “It motivates me to be righteous!”
I’m not taking any chances. People can dislike hell or claim it is not real, but I am 100% sure it is real, as God has shown me many times. Scripture, of course, shows it is real. Your opinions about hell won’t matter when you’re in it. Just because you don’t like the idea of hell doesn’t mean it’s not real.
Personally, I find hell completely just, while others struggle with it.
I think if people really knew the extent of the evil that exists in the world, they would understand why hell is needed. My life has been tortuous, and I pray those who torture me repent for what they did to me. I guess what I'm saying is that maybe many have been too comfortable to understand why hell would be needed. Perhaps they haven't suffered enough.
To further clarify, if someone brutally raped and killed your own child, wife, or husband, or even you, and they did not repent, would you want them to go to Heaven? Just think about things like that - you don't have to have a solid answer.
Of course, God’s mercy triumphs over all, and I believe people CHOOSE hell. God doesn’t send people there - it is a choice people make with their lives by denying Him and what He wants us to do.
Again, though, let us never forget God’s mercy. If you are still alive, you can still repent. Just remember, any moment could be your last breath, and you don’t want to take advantage of God’s mercy.
Eventually, I will write a post about hell, and we understand it’s one of those controversial subjects. I know I haven't addressed it fully here, so there will be a coming post on it.
The point is that not going to hell can absolutely be a motivation for righteousness. The fear of God is the beginning of all wisdom, and if you don’t have a healthy fear of God, consider that you might be believing in false doctrine.
Our society has destroyed the meaning of the Father, but please remind yourself that if you had a good father, you likely feared him a little growing up.
Ultimately, walking in righteousness is a form of spiritual warfare. In fact, God told me not to sin recently to be as protected as possible. He meant that I have a lot of attacks coming at me, and that I need to stay holy. If I stay holy, I will stay safe. In fact, if I am walking in holiness, I feel almost invincible. Almost.
There are two more keys to spiritual warfare that many don’t consider.
Praise and Gratitude
Do not forget that the praise of our Lord Jesus Christ eradicates demonic forces. When you don’t know what to do in prayer, praise and thank God. In fact, have sessions of prayer where you don’t ask for anything - you just pray and give thanks.
This is powerful in the spiritual realm, and I sincerely believe hell shakes when it happens.
Praising God when you are suffering confuses the spiritual army attacking you. Praise and give thanks in all circumstances.
If you are living your life ungratefully, that can put a crack in your armor. Constantly complaining brings about demons, and a spirit of ingratitude breeds negative forces.
Really, we all have something to be thankful for, especially in Babylon. If you are clothed, you are safe, you are fed, you are comfortable, etc. - you are better off than a large portion of the world.
In our ministry work, we are dealing with people who have almost nothing. It has put me in my place about complaining. Truly, gratitude is a "secret" key for success in the Bible.
Join Our Fast!
Halloween is a prime time for spiritual attacks. We also feel November is going to be an important month, and we should all be seeking refuge in the Lord.
In this fast, we will be focusing on overcoming any struggles that we have, and if you email us, we can put you on a prayer list for the fast. For example, you could say, "I need prayer for my sin of lust" and choose an anonymous name (or your real name if you want).
We will be praying for everyone and fasting each day. During this fast, you can pray for yourself and anyone or anything else, with emphasis on combating dark, spiritual forces. We will be praying against the evil operations of the spiritual world, as well. Witness 1 and I will be continually "burning fire" on these evil forces.
Lord, I pray for your outpouring of wrath and sores upon those faced with the truth but denied it in Jesus's name. 9/14/24
Conclusion - Prayer from Witness 2 for Our Ministry
Dear Father in Heaven,
I pray people join our fast, support and donate to this minstry, and grow spiritually in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray fire on any forces of evil trying to stop the work we are doing in Jesus's name. I pray fire on any force trying to steal our blessings in Jesus's name. I pray the true Remnant of Jesus Christ if fully protected and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper in Jesus's name.
